Information for new Appalachian students

Rental Textbook Pick Up begins August 17, 2009.
- Bring your computer printed schedule with your banner id# and your Appcard to the 2nd floor of the University Bookstore to get your rental books any business day August 17 or later.
- You must pick up your own rental textbooks. You cannot have your roomate pick up yours while she is getting hers.
- Don't bring your parents with you, it makes the line longer.
- The Rental Textbook Program covers one book per course so if a professor requires additional books those still have to be purchased.
- Your professor will tell you when you go to class if there are other required books. Bring your syllabus back to the Bookstore 2nd floor to purchase your books. You do not need to get into the rental textbook line to get your purchase books. Go around the line to the back wall to the right of the rental textbooks.
